First of all, you are NOT being a wimp!!!!!!!! Twin pregnancy is HARD -- I mean, all pregnancies can be hard, but remember you are carrying double what you would if this was a singleton. 2 sacs -- 2 placentas -- and most important, 2 BABIES.
I don't remember when the full fatigue set in for me -- I remember being surprised that it was later than I thought considering I spent my entire singleton pregnancy wanting to go to sleep -- but they were born at 34 weeks and the fatigue went on for quite a while. Just take the cues from your body and try to get as much rest as you can. Try to divide your errands so that you aren't on your feet for so long which may help.
Just keep going -- time continues to pass and the pregnancy will continue to progress. You are doing a GREAT job!!!!!!All the best,Ilene
I was actually put on modified bedrest at 21 weeks and remained there until 36 weeks when they said, ok, do what you'd like. I didn't deliver until 38 weeks. To answer your question, yes, by the time I was put on bedrest I was already feeling quite awful. At the time I would have termed it miserable but that's only because I hadn't yet felt what 35 weeks felt like. :) Hang in there. Drink as much water as you can possibly stand, get as much rest and humanly possible, and if there's *anything* that you can have someone else do for you, do it. Take it easy and your little ones will be here before you know it!
Luckily I have been feeling really good. I am 19 weeks, measuring 26 weeks. I think I'm just so happy to be over the morning sickness that I'm not thinking about any other aches and pains. I hope it gets better for you though.
Ha ha.
I was uncomfortable the moment I ovulated! lol
Your signs point to anemia. Have your doc do the anemia test earlier - mine waited too long and I suffered for a couple of months not knowing what was wrong w me.
