    Favorite foods???

So, what are the little ones' favorite foods these days?  Kaelin is so strange sometimes.  Like right now......she is eating her 3rd mandarin orange of the morning (and we've only been up for an hour).  I means, it's definitely a good thing that she likes her fruit, but it seems weird to me;P  Her favorite thing for lunch these days is salad with cut up tomatoes and chicken, and Russian salad dressing.  I'm pretty sure that she likes the sweetness of the dressing the best, but if I can get her to eat salad then I'm not complaining. LOL  Then of course there are the usual favorites.....mac & cheese, Alphaghetti, anything with rice, chicken nuggets and fish sticks.

Also, does anyone have any new ideas for lunches?  Some days I am just stumped with what to feed Kaelin.  It's just the same things over and over again.  I know I'm bored with her food and I don't even have to eat it!  I can just imagine how she feels some days.........

Andy eats everything we eat. He eats more than my four year old. His day care teachers are amazed at his eating ability :) hehe! He loves fruit. Like don't get in the way between him and his fruit! He loves bread, veggies, and meat too. I can't think of a food he doesn't eat?!?!

Lindsey's favorites right now seem to be cheese, yogurt, pretzels, blueberries, bananas, oranges, grapes, crackers and pasta.  She would eat chips all day if I let her.  I've been trying to get her to eat granola bars and sometimes she seems to love them, but other times she won't touch them.  Sometimes she'll eat veggies well, other times she won't touch them.  For lunch I'll make her peanutbutter, egg salad or tuna salad sandwiches, but she opens them up and eats the filling and leaves the bread.  Chicken is the only meat she'll eat well and I have a really hard time getting her to drink milk, which is why she eats yogurt and cheese daily.

Kaelin doesn't seem to like the bread from sandwiches either, but have you tried using tortilla wraps to make sandwiches?  I will make her tuna salad and spread it on a wrap, roll it and slice it like a log and Kaelin really enjoys it that way.  There is so little wrap that she doesn't even notice.  She just pops them into her mouth.
