    Update on Us

I have not been on here in forever and wanted to stop by and say HELLO to everyone! Things are going well with us. I am 33.5 weeks pregnant with another little girl. (Due 10/27) We still do not have a name, and are taking suggestions. Ha! Lys started Pre-K August 10th. She loves it! Her teacher is very sweet and Lys is great about doing homework and all the fun school stuff. Jeremy is on night shift for the next 3 weeks. I feel blessed that he has only been furloughed (he is a Union Electrician) for a total of 3 weeks this year, though I am not loving night shift. My job is still going great. They have been super flexible during this pregnancy. I still get morning sickness and come in late every day.Jeremy's mom still lives with us, though we are hoping she moves out within two weeks. Just waiting to hear back from a disabled housing complex that had one opening. She was not very motivated to move out, so I finally took the bull by the horns and did everything myself. We still have nothing to do with the evil SIL who put us in this situation. That has brought some peace to our lives. (Mini vent - haha!) Once she moves out I can start my nursery, so I am chomping at the bit. That is pretty much it for us. I am on Facebook every day so if we are not friends on there feel free to add me - Jennifer Manning Harris. Hope everyone is doing well!

It sounds like everything is going really amazing for you right now....except for the morning sickness.  I hope everything works out with the housing for your MIL.  You guys are angels for taking her in after your SIL basically dumped her off.  I have a tough time with girls names.  I always deep down knew I would have boys, but if we did have a girl, her name was going to be Sidney.  You better be back to post pictures when your new little girl is born.  I'm hoping for an easy and safe delivery for you.

I can't believe it's so close to time for the new baby!!!!  So do you have any ideas on names?  I'm not good at picking, but would be happy to vote!  I'm glad things are going better and your MIL will be out soon.  I can't imagine that stress during pregnancy~WOW!  Good luck with everything!

So excited you are doing so well and so close to welcoming the baby. What about Adriana??? I think it goes well with Alyssa.

We have a name - Finally! Brianne! Still working on the middle name, one step at a time. MIL moves out on Saturday - yipee!! We also added a dog to the family last weekend. Her name is Zoe, you can see her pics on my FB page. Lys loves her to pieces, and it is helping my (very much) only child transition.
