This word is driving me nuts!!!! Christian's favorite word right now. I am sure it is becuase he has heard it so much over the last year, so I have been trying to use other things, like we don't do that or trying to explain but it is sometimes impossible!!! So I have tried to explain we don't say no to mommy or daddy, he doesn't get that, he now says No Thank You.......hahah at least he is polite, but seriously here are our exchanges and I can hardly help but laugh and cry. "Christian come here, No Thank You Momma"!!!!! If a kid pushes him on the play ground he yells "NO THANK YOU" Time for dinner, No Thank You, I don't need any tonight! How do you argue with that!! haha! He is way to smart. Are you other mommas having lots fo NO NO NO.
I tell my husband he is just finding himself, and he says he will find himself living in the barn!! hahah! Terrible twos are in full swing, so looking forward to the even worse 3s!!!

Omg, I totally know this one. Xayden is the king of no now, he doesn't listen, he doesn't care, and that's that, lol. And he's also picked up on Draven's saying shutup to Kyla all the time so Xayden and I have this conversation alot "where Kyla go?" "Kyla's at school." "Where Draven go?" "Draven just went to school too." "No, Shutup." and he does this one almost daily! lol. Kyla and Draven complain about it and I tell them see, you shouldn't have said that so much. He says I'm mean, is on a big "mine" kick, and is also trying to potty train himself basically lol. he doesn't want help with anything, and he also doesn't want to leave my side. If I step out on our porch he stands inside and screams at me thru the glass, stomping and jumping up and down the whole time. If I don't come in he starts throwing things at the glass! Driving me crazy lol.

Kate had her first bout with Time Out this weekend. I got a few too many "No's". She was pretty hilarious about it. It started because she emptied out the cupboard so she could sit in it. The rule is she has to put everything back when she's done. It was dinner time, so I told her to clean up. I usually do the "1...2...3", and she's pretty good about responding to that. But not last night! She said - NO MOMMY. And just refused to clean up. I sat her on the step and told she had to sit there for a few minutes and think about it. I stood in the dining room and listened to her. She was doing her fake cry sniff. She'll just sniff in this pathetic way. I got her and asked her if she was ready to clean up. She still said no, so I sent her back to Time Out. She came back in a minute to say..."People?" because she wanted her LIttle People with her. *sigh* We finally cleaned up and gave her a hug. She was totally fine after that. The little stinker.
