I am 28 weeks pregnant now for the first time. What are the things that can help me for natural birth of the baby?

Get a midwife instead of a Dr. Read "Thinking Womans's Guide to a Better Birth" by Henci Goer and Ina Mae Gaskin's "Guide to Natural Childbirth" Do your research and know your rights. Have a birth plan. Visit http://www.choicesinchildbirth.org and http://www.ican-online.org. good for you for wanting to go natural. its better for you and your baby.

I would also suggest the Bradley Method. It might be a bit late to take the classes, but they have 2 good books. The first is Natural Birth the Bradley Way...but warning a lot of the hospital stuff needs to be updated, but the important stuff like that actual natural birth stuff is fine. Then there's Husband-Coached Childbirth.
