Apryl3469611:Thanks for starting this topic. I am in my first trimester but have noticed that the further along I become that some positions do cause a little pain. I did not mention it to my spouse till after we had intercourse. He wanted to know why I did not tell him during sex,but as a woman I did not want to hurt his feelings even though I was in pain. In addition to the pain, I have noticed that I do not really have much of a sex drive. I am usually very erotic, but now seem to either be constantly nauseated and tired. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this lack of sex drive ?
The only thing I can say is just try and keep it up. Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones to get the sex drive back in the 2nd semester. I haven't had my sex drive at all through this whole pregnancy and I'm now in my 3rd trimester, but I still tried my best to keep our sex life alive. I would sometimes wear lingerie before bed or a push-up bra during the day to make me feel sexy. Even though I wasn't "in the mood" I still enjoyed our time together.
