    Gluten Free prenatal vitamin?

Anyone know of a good prenatal vitamin that does NOT contain gluten? And you don't have to take more then 1 or 2 pills? CJ

I know what you're going through! I don't have celiac disease, but my mom and grandpa do, and I'm gluten intolerant, and it's hard to find gluten free supplements out there. Here's what I took... during my first pregnancy, I LOVED the New Chapter Perfect prenatal, it is wheat and gluten free, and you have to take 3 a day, but they're really small, so it's really no trouble at all. Ths time, I've been taking the Source of Life Prenatal by the Nature's Plus brand. It's wheat and gluten free, and is only a 2 a day. They are both terrific whole food vitamins, so they don't give you a tummy ache or nausea, and the main reason I switched brands is that Source of Life is much less expensive! I don't know where you live, but as far as I know, both of these brands are available all over the United States in a health food/supplement store (I work in one, so I get access to all the good stuff) or by order online. Good luck!!!
