Me.  I eat the stuff all the time with all healthy babies. I knew about the soft cheese and cold cut thing...but I have never payed attention to it.  I know.  Absolutely terrible.  I don't eat much soft cheese anyways, so I think that matters the least.  But I eat lots of deli meat.  I try to refrain from eating any fast food cold sandwiches, well, bc you never know what kind of bacteria are in those...I guess the same can be said for even hot stuff.  Its all still handled by people, know it?

But...I've had 3 healthy kiddos.  Never heard of a soul that has contracted it.  Not that it can't happen, but that's my personal experience.

The chances of getting listeria from those items are small ones, but if you do, it's very dangerous for baby. I ate them in moderation.
