My ultrasound shows a second baby

  My ultrasound shows a second baby Reply Contact Hi im 18 weeks pregnant with my third child (a girl). we just had our 20 week routine ultrasound which was from what the tech said normal. My problem is when my husband and i got home we was looking at our ultrasound pics when to our surprise we saw a very distinct face behind our daughters profile image. Im wondering if this could be a reflection or the placenta. Has anyone else had this happen to them before? i will be showing this to my dr. because my concerns are that since im already high risk could this spell out danger for my daughter, me, and possibly the other baby if its there. Any advice would be very helpful.

Ive made another appointment with them and i plan on taking the pic so i can ask why that would be showing up like that thank u all for the replys.
